How to Start Charging With Us

The ChargeSmart EV app is a convenient way to find and use electric car chargers. It is available for iOS and Android devices.

1. Download App & Sign Up
Download our app from AppStore/Google PlayStore and sign up.

2. Find a Station
Find the nearest compatible charging station through our app. You can also add a frequently used station to your "Favorites" list!

3. Plug In
Our charging stations offer multiple connector options, so you can choose & filter by compatible plug. Please follow the charging instructions to begin charging your Electric Vehicle.

4. Start A Session
Activate a charging station from your app. (Make sure you have enough balance to start a charging session!)

5. Drive
Charging session will automatically stop when your vehicle is fully charged. You can also stop the charging session through the app. You’re good to go and ready to get back on the road!

Schedule a Site Visit

  • Contact ChargeSmart EV today to have one of our certified electricians come to your site
  • We will provide you with a project timeline, design plan and electrical engineering plan (scope of work) so you can understand the process from start to finish
  • We will then provide you a quote for the charging stations and installation
  • We will assist with all rebate paperwork, if applicable, to help you take advantage of federal and state incentives for installing charging stations at your site
